Self-evaluation

I am a recent PhD student of the School of Management, Central University for Nationalities, majoring in Ethnic Politics in 2018, under the supervision of Professor Gao Peng Huai, whose main research interests are public management and human resource management.

My doctoral dissertation is "Research on the Promotion of Ethnic Minority Civil Servants in County and Township under the Parallel System of Posts and Grades", which focuses on the quality construction and motivation of civil servants at the grassroots level in ethnic minority areas in the new era.

The future research will also focus on the motivation of civil servants at the grassroots level and how to improve the quality and professionalism of civil servants.

My overseas study experience has helped me to have good academic research and communication skills in English, and I studied human resource management during my Master's degree in Australia, which has laid the foundation for my research in public administration.

I am proficient in the operation of office software.
