Keynote Speaker：Huang Zhenqian

Guest Bio: Associate Professor, School of International Development and Global Agriculture, China Agricultural University, and Researcher, Tanzania and East and South Africa Research Centre, China Agricultural University. 2020 PhD in International Politics, Fudan University. His main research interests are international development, international political economy and African comparative politics. His research results have been published in academic journals such as World Economy and Politics, Political Science Research and Comparative Economic and Social Systems. He has received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from Fudan University, the 11th Academic Star Special Award from Fudan University and the First Youth Political Science Outstanding Achievement Award from the Chinese Political Science Association.

Specially invited Guest：Yan Xuetong

D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, U.S.A. He was named one of the top 100 intellectuals in the world by Foreign Policy in 2008, and was named to the Elsevier list of highly cited scholars from 2014 to 2019. He was awarded the Tsinghua University Outstanding Contribution Award in 2021.

Moderator's Profile: Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Department of International Relations, Tsinghua University. He has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Trier University, Carter Center, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), etc. He has published more than ten papers in journals such as Chinese Journal of International Politics, World Economy and Politics, International Political Science, and Studies in Cold War International History.

In response to the changing situation, in March 2020, Tsinghua University's Institute of International Relations decided to set up an online communication platform - Tsinghua Guo Guan Xin Zhi Forum Cloud Series - to continue to focus on international academic frontiers and theoretical innovations.
