哲学博士，清华大学国际关系研究院副院长、研究员（教授级），兼任世界和平论坛副秘书长、南亚研究中心主任、《国际政治科学》副主编，以及新加坡国立大学南亚研究所特聘高级研究员。2018年4月前曾长期供职于中国现代国际关系研究院，曾任南亚东南亚及大洋洲所副所长、研究员，政策研究经验丰富。2004-2008年，曾赴印度尼赫鲁大学国际关系学院学习，获博士学位。专长中印关系、南亚政治与安全、美国印太战略等。
